The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) High-Efficiency Public Street Lighting Project promotes the energy-efficiency benefits of improved municipal street lighting. The following materials, developed for NYSERDA by ICF Consulting, Inc. and the Lighting Research Center at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, provide guidance to municipal officials, planners and engineering staff considering street lighting projects in New York State.
